Return & Refund Policy – Specs Designer Opticals

1. Return Eligibility

Products are eligible for return if:

  • Received damaged

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Manufacturing defect

Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized prescription lenses

  • Contact lenses (opened boxes)

  • Used products
